    DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED
  • Review and/or Negotiate Natural Gas Purchase and Sale Agreements
  • Review and/or Negotiate Gas Processing Agreements
  • Audit Gas Purchase and Gas Processing Agreements
  • Run Economic Models for Before Tax and After Tax Cash Flow Projections and Project Economic Feasibility Reports to include economic indicators such as PI, ROR, Payout, DCFROR and EVA.
  • Prepare job scope memorandums for use by Client
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Prepare project material and construction cost estimates
  • Prepare project spending requirements and timing schedules
  • Solicit bids for project materials
  • Prepare bid summaries for Client selection of successful materials and equipment bidders
  • Provide Autocad drafting services including maps, plot plans for permits, piping layout, as-built drawings
  • Identify and coordinate required construction permits including county building, storm water runoff, water wells, septic systems
  • Coordinate soils testing and perk tests using state registered engineering firm
  • Direct companies providing engineering design including concrete foundations, buildings, electrical, vessels, equipment, etc.
  • Prepare purchase orders using Client’s purchase order form for materials and equipment
  • Negotiate and prepare construction contracts with construction contractors
  • Provide construction inspection using company employees and/or third party inspection companies to insure compliance with construction specifications provided by Client companies
  • Receive materials at job sites and insure compliance with purchase orders
  • Schedule multiple contractors and coordinate work between contractors
  • Schedule special construction equipment requirements including freight trucking, cranes, etc.
  • Approve all invoices associated with project for payment by Client
